Return Policy

A BeYouTifulBoutique has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you request a return outside of the 7-day return window, your return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, earrings, hats or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at ABeYouTifulBoutiqueFL@gmail.com. Please note that any customer requesting a return is responsible for any return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues                                                                                                                                                                     Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your store credit.
Refunds
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a A BeYouTiful Boutique E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 7days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. 
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time.
Returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:
-Any items returned that appear to be worn, washed and/or altered
-Any items returned with pet hair, makeup stains and/or tanning solutions
-Any items returned with a strong perfume scent, body odor and/or cigarette odor
-Any items returned with rips, stains and/or holes
-Any items that arrive at our facility AFTER 10 days of the approved return date
**Any items returned to our Distribution Center that do not qualify will be discarded and no refund given**
